Hexagon Trust Company (the "Trustee") is the trustee of the Susan Lieberman Dell Separate Property Trust (the "Trust"), which currently beneficially owns more than 10% of the Class C Common Stock of Dell Technologies Inc. Mr. Lisker is the President of the Trustee. Each of the Trustee and Mr. Lisker disclaims any pecuniary interest in the assets of, or any securities beneficially owned by, the Trust.

No securities are beneficially owned.
